South Pointe Junior High School believes that technology is an important aspect of enhancing student learning. Technology will help students acquire the skills they need to survive in a complex, highly technological knowledge-based economy. South Pointe Junior High has a 1:1 technology program.
In the Building
Computer Lab
We have a computer lab that is utilized for instruction.
Interactive Whiteboards
Interactive whiteboards are used to provide visuals and immediate access to information to make learning relevant and efficient.
Chromebook Carts
We have access to Chromebook carts, which allow learning on wheels. Their multi-function capability makes them versatile for students in other important areas such as learning keyboarding skills, writing essays, beaming information to other students, and accessing their Google Classrooms and Gmail accounts.
Students will greatly benefit from the availability and utilization of technology at South Pointe Junior High.
